Accepted Payment Methods


When purchasing a Business or Premium subscription on Hotmix—whether you choose a monthly or yearly billing cycle—payments can only be made by credit or debit card. 

We currently accept the following card providers: 

  • MasterCard 
  • Visa 
  • American Express 

Your payment details will be securely saved for automatic renewals, so you won’t need to re-enter them for each billing cycle. 


Understanding Your Billing Cycle 


When signing up for Hotmix Premium or Business, you can select either a monthly or yearly subscription plan. This choice will dictate your billing cycle, meaning you will be charged either every month or once a year based on your preference.

Hotmix subscriptions renew automatically, so you can relax without the hassle of manually renewing your subscription. You will be notified in advance of any upcoming renewals, and you can easily find the date of your next billing cycle in your account settings.

Your payment details will be securely stored for these automatic renewals, eliminating the need to re-enter them for each billing period.


View and Download Your Invoices


If you'd like to download the invoice for your latest subscription,  follow the steps below:

  • Log into your Hotmix account. 
  • Navigate to "My Subscriptions". 
  • Click on "Manage Plan". 
  • Click the "Download" button.


The invoice of your latest subscription will be downloaded as a PDF file.


Cancel Your Hotmix Subscription 


If you'd like to cancel your Hotmix Premium or Business subscription, you can easily do so at any time from your client space. 

 Hot Tip

Deleting your account will not cancel your subscription or stop the automatic renewal of your license. You must manually cancel your subscription to prevent renewal. 

To cancel your subscription, follow the steps below:

  • Log into your Hotmix account. 
  • Navigate to "My Subscriptions". 
  • Click on "Manage Plan". 
  • Confirm your cancellation request.

By canceling, you are stopping the automatic renewal of your subscription. Your current subscription and all its benefits will remain active until the end of the already paid subscription period. 

After your subscription expires, you will continue to have access to Hotmix on a freemium plan, without being charged again. 


Refund Policy


When you subscribe to a Hotmix Premium or Business plan, you confirm and accept that access to the service begins immediately after your subscription is validated. This agreement is part of our General Terms and Conditions of Use, which are accepted during the account creation process. 

As a result: 

  • Payments already made are final and non-refundable.
  • No cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be accepted.
  • You do not have a right of withdrawal after subscribing. 

This Refund Policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
