Create a Hotmix Account

Good news—you don’t need an account to start enjoying Hotmix! You can simply visit web.hotmixradio.com or download the mobile app, and start playing one of our 69 themed radio stations right away. 

However, creating a Hotmix account allows you to improve your experience by allowing for a more personalized setup. 
By creating an account, you’ll be able to tailor your listening preferences, including language, audio quality, and ad relevance based on where you're tuning in from. 

Here’s how to create your account: 

• Go to web.hotmixradio.com 
• Click on “Login/Register” in the top right corner 
• Select “Don’t have any account yet? Sign up” 
• Fill in your personal details, email address, and password

 
Once completed, your account will be automatically created, giving you access to a more personalized Hotmix experience and the ability to upgrade your subscription whenever you need. 

Logging into my Hotmix Account

Already created your Hotmix account and now want to log in to upgrade your subscription or adjust your preferences for a more personalized listening experience? It’s quick and easy. 

Simply head over to web.hotmixradio.com or open the Hotmix mobile app. Click on “Login/Register” in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password, and you'll be logged in instantly. 

Once logged in, you’ll be able to enjoy Hotmix with your saved preferences, manage your account, and make changes to your subscription anytime. 

Reset my Password 

Forgot your password? 
No worries—it happens to the best of us. To reset it, simply go to web.hotmixradio.com, click on “Login/Register” in the top right corner, then select “Forgot password?” from the Login form.

Enter the email address you used when registering your Hotmix account. 
Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password and regain access to your account.

Update My Account Information

Already created your Hotmix account via web.hotmixradio.com and now want to update your account settings? It’s simple. 

First, log in to your account by clicking “Login/Register” in the top right corner. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your account dashboard, where you can manage and update the following: 

• Personal Information – Edit your full name, gender, date of birth, and more 
• Subscription – Manage/upgrade your subscription based on your listening needs 
• Preferences – Change your language, culture, and audio quality settings 
• Other Settings – Access our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and the Help Center

Deactivate or Delete My Hotmix Account 

Are you sure you want to delete your Hotmix account? 
With 69 curated radio stations at your fingertips, you never know when you might want to tune back in and enjoy the experience again! 

If you're certain about your decision, please contact our customer support team via our contact form. 

Be sure to include the following in your request: 

• Your first and last name 
• A clear message stating that you wish to delete your account 

Once we receive your request, we’ll proceed to delete your account and all associated personal data. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
